- The documentation as is has been approved with the amendments that were discussed.
- Next Steps:.
- Migrate to the new file store. Xrail will try to have that is already open. UIC will also create a teams site.
- Oaktree will be shutting down the teams site so that it can be migrated over to the new fileshare site.
- The model will be made part of the documentation, independent of Oaktree Teams site. The Master model will be the Enterprise Architect file which is a part of the documentation zip file.
- Phase II (Xrail presentation)
- Xrail willl take over the PMO activity for architecture in conjunction with Raildata. A core team will be established (TBA)
- Continue to work on the bottom up capabilities
- Align RU community
- Identify key smart services
- Align with ecosystem (RNE, DTLF, etc.)
- Core group planning willl be done by 20 January (see slides for timeline)
Decisions/Actions
- Upload documents to the teams site for download (zip file, file from Wassilios and the readme doc.)
- Ask Sandra about the funding and parallel initiative documentation that can go into the central repository.
- Documentation has now been approved. Needs to be moved to the new repository and put into the right structure.
- Talk to Sandra about aligning the filestore, so that there is only one repository for the on-going work.
