Smart Services list

The Smart Services encompass future, advanced functionality based on existing basic services amended by new integrating and advanced logic to build a new innovative service offer. The list below was collected along the analysis sessions in phase 1 of this project and it was detailed out, reviewed and accepted in phase 2.
