- Approval and comments for the data objects are still due (only recieved two comments). Please send your approvals as soon as possible. Additionally, the Framework approval is due on the 27th.
- The updated migration scenarios were presented after being updated with the input from the Core CIOs. The storyline must be made clear on the base principles. They will be asked to decide on the work packages linked to Data Quality and Coverage as priority.
- The shopping list for the DQ and coverage of the capabilities will be turned over to an implementation team (to be created) in order to prioritise the target capabilities. The implementation team will be set up by the CIOs. The composition and scope for the implementation team has not yet been defined.
- Business cases must be defined with costs and benefits (ROI).
- There is a need for greater engagement and participation from the RUs. Need to have an IT roadmap of the individual RUs so that it can be coordinated. This aspect is important for both data quality and coverage. This must be addressed in the Governance documents, but should also be highlighted here.
- Slides were prioritised with key messages for presentation to the CIOs tomorrow.
