Description
Today there are no common track and trace solution to customer. This smart service provides a seamless Track and Trace for all transportation modes (SWL, block trains, intermodal). Alerts to be defined and set upon requests depending on customer need. The service shall be integrated with other mode carriers and ETA, ETI, Experienced ETA and loading conditions (e.g. humidity, temperature etc) shall be visible.
Use Case
- Customer follows his transport
The customer can monitor the fullfillment of this transport across several modes. He stays informed and can act in case of an upcoming deviation in time (delayed ar earlier).
- Customer receives arrival predictions
The customer receives predictions about the arrival at the final destination and can arrange his planning accordingly.
